What we keep, and who sees it.

What we store

The links you paste, the products we read from them, and the comparisons we build are stored in our database. If you sign in, we keep your email, your name, your saved steals and your price alerts. Screenshots you drop are stored on our server so the comparison can show them; we have no delete button for them yet, so ask the team if you want one removed.

Who receives data

  • The store you paste. We fetch that page from our server to read the product.
  • Forge inference gateway. Product photos and screenshots are sent to its vision model to read colour, material and shape.
  • Google, or email code. Sign-in runs through the shared Forge sign-in service with Google or an emailed code.
  • Frankfurter. We ask it for daily exchange rates. No personal data is sent.
  • Affiliate networks and retailers. When you tap STEAL THIS →, the retailer sees you arrive with a click id. Purchases are made on the retailer's own site.
  • Hosting. The app runs on the Forge platform, which also hosts the database.

Cookies

One cookie remembers the region you pick. The sign-in service sets its own session cookie when you sign in.
